Who We Are
We opened Haus Prime in 2023, but the story starts earlier than that. Between us, we’d already spent seven years hanging gutters for other companies, and we got to a point where we knew exactly how we wanted to run a crew: measured in person, formed on site, priced in writing. So we did. We’re a licensed and insured New Jersey home improvement contractor running out of East Windsor, and we work jobs across New Jersey, into New York and Pennsylvania.
What We Do
Installation, repairs, downspouts, gutter guards, cleaning. That covers it, and we do all of it ourselves instead of handing pieces off to subcontractors. Working with an HOA or a property manager? Let us know early. We’ve filled out that kind of paperwork more times than we can count.

We keep a real range of gutter colors and sizes on hand, so you’re not stuck with whatever’s left on the truck that day. Once the job is done we don’t disappear. We come back after the first hard rain to make sure everything is draining the way it should.
Residential & Commercial
We take on single-family homes, townhouse communities and small commercial buildings. Every one of those jobs comes down to the same thing: keeping water off the roof edge, the fascia and the foundation. For a row of townhouses, we quote the whole run at once so the roofline looks the same from one unit to the next. For commercial buildings, we work around tenant hours and loading dock schedules instead of showing up whenever it’s convenient for us.

THREE SEASONS, THREE PROBLEMS
Water finds the weak seam first
A hard storm moves hundreds of gallons across one roof in an hour. Undersized or sagging gutters spill it down the fascia and against the foundation instead of carrying it away. We form seamless gutter on site to your roofline, so there are no joints in the middle of the run waiting to open up.
Ice weighs more than the hangers do
Snow melts on a warm roof, runs to the cold edge and freezes there. The ice dam that builds backs water under the shingles and drags the gutter away from the fascia. Repitching the run, resetting hangers and clearing the downspout is what gets the edge draining again.
Leaves stop the run before it starts
Every oak and maple over the roof empties into the trough. Packed leaves hold water, the run sags under the weight, and the first freeze turns the whole thing solid. Micro-mesh guards keep debris on top where wind clears it, and a seasonal cleaning empties the run before winter does the deciding.

Our crews are somewhere in New Jersey most days of the week, from Bergen County in the north to Cape May at the shore, and we take projects into New York and Pennsylvania.
